Cancellation Policy
Local Delivery Orders (2-Hour Window)
You can cancel within 2 hours of payment confirmation.
- Cancellation must be done before the driver departs for your address
- After 2 hours: cancellation is no longer available (your order is in transit)
- Refund will be processed within 1-3 business days to your original payment method
Pickup Orders
You can cancel anytime before your pickup time.
- Refund will be processed within 1-3 business days
Interstate Orders
Limited cancellation window.
- Before quote is sent: you can cancel anytime
- After quote is sent: you have 24 hours to cancel before payment
- After payment: interstate orders cannot be cancelled (this is a special-order service)
- Refund (if eligible) will be processed within 1-3 business days
How to Cancel
Option 1: Via Website
- Log into your account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click "Cancel Order" (button only appears if cancellation is allowed)

Refund Timeline
1-3 business days to your original payment method (e.g., your bank account, if paid by card).
Note: Some banks may take an additional 1-2 days to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Promotional codes or discount vouchers used during checkout are forfeited on cancellation. They will not be refunded as cash or credited back to your account.
Perishable Goods Policy
Once delivery has been initiated, cancellation is not allowed.
Since we deliver perishable produce, items cannot be re-sold after a driver has left our facility with your order. This is why cancellation is only available in the 2-hour window before delivery begins.
