Delivery Policy

Local Delivery (Lagos, Oyo, Ekiti)

2 hours from payment confirmation — same-day delivery to your doorstep. After you complete payment, your order is dispatched immediately. A delivery driver will arrive at your address within 2 hours.

Pickup Locations

We have pickup points in all 3 states. Orders are ready for pickup same day or next business day.

• Lagos: TBD location (address)
• Oyo: TBD, Ibadan (address)
• Ekiti: TBD, Ado-Ekiti (address)

Interstate Delivery

5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Interstate orders require a custom quote. All delivery information (cost, timeline, terms) will be provided in the quote email before you pay.

Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide:

• Complete street address (not P.O. box)
• Accurate city and state
• Valid phone number for driver contact

You (or a designated recipient) must be available to receive the delivery. The driver will contact you before arrival.

If You're Not Available

If you don't answer or are not at the delivery address:

• Driver will attempt delivery again
• Order is held for 24 hours
• If not collected within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued (within 1-3 business days)

Force Majeure

Luagro is not responsible for delivery delays due to:

• Weather conditions (heavy rain, flooding)
• Traffic congestion
• Road accidents or closures
• Logistics partner issues

In such cases, we will reschedule your delivery. If you prefer a refund, one will be issued within 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive email updates at each stage:

• Order confirmed
• Order dispatched
• Delivery in progress (with driver contact info)
• Delivery completed

Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, the driver may request a photo or signature as proof of delivery. This protects both you and Luagro.
