Return & Refund Policy

No Returns After Delivery

Luagro does not accept returns after delivery.

Since we sell fresh, perishable produce, items cannot be returned or re-sold after delivery. Once you receive your order, it is yours to keep (or consume).

Quality Guarantee

If produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, we will make it right.

You must report the issue:

  • Before confirming delivery (tell the driver immediately), OR
  • Within 12 hours of delivery by calling 09161865135 or emailing support@luagro.com

Please provide clear photos of the damaged/spoiled items if possible.

Quality Issue Resolution

Our process:

  1. Report via email (support@luagro.com) or phone (09161865135) within 12 hours of delivery
  2. Describe the issue and include photos if possible
  3. Luagro reviews your report and investigates
  4. If confirmed as defective: we issue a partial or full refund depending on severity
  5. Refund is processed within 1-3 business days

What We Consider Defective

  • Completely rotten, moldy, or inedible produce (upon unboxing)
  • Extreme packaging damage that caused spoilage of the entire order
  • Items that don't match the product description (wrong item shipped)
  • Visible insects or contamination

What We Do NOT Refund

  • Items damaged by you or the recipient after delivery
  • Items that spoil due to improper storage (not refrigerating, poor handling)
  • Personal preference (taste not to your liking, size/appearance within normal range)
  • Discounts or promotional codes used (see Cancellation Policy)

How to Report a Quality Issue

  • Your order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Clear photos (if possible)

Refund Amount

  • 1-2 items defective: Partial refund (cost of defective items)
  • Entire order defective: Full refund
  • Delivery fees: refunded if order is cancelled before delivery or if entire order is defective
